Deposit and Refund Policy

At Synergetic Health Center we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure availability and maintain quality standards, we have implemented the following deposit and refund policy:

 1. Deposit Requirements for Appointments:

A deposit of $25  is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

2. Cancellation and Deposit Refund Policy:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit as a cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

You may reschedule single services at least 24 hours in advance without penalty, and your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

4. No-Show Policy:

   - Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a forfeiture of your deposit, and no refund will be provided.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

   - If illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a deposit refund or rescheduling is feasible.
